Nick
is responsible for the day-to-day running of Night Owl
Security Services. He is the first point of contact for
clients, building the working relationship between them
and our Team delivering the service. He also monitors
the Team in the field, visiting venues and sites and evaluating
performance as we strive to increase customer satisfaction.
Nick
has been involved with Night Owl for 8 years, providing
advice and support when required. Prior to joining the
management team, Nick has worked for Bourne Leisure, owners
of Butlins and Haven Holidays and has, for over 16 years,
been the Security Manager / Night Time Duty Manager at
Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, Exmouth, where he was responsible
for running all aspects of the business.
As
a result of his previous experience, he has extensive
experience of Door Supervisors, Site, Gate and Patrol
Security, Retail Security and has developed extensive
contacts with the Police and Local Authority Licensing
Officers.
