Whenever
`people' are placed in proximity with items of value or
cash, there is always the temptation for `theft.'
Suitable
checks and safeguards should be in place to protect the
honest and discourage the dishonest.
Night
Owl will work with the client to identify these checks
and safeguards and, if appropriate, initiate new processes
to protect these high value items and cash.
Once
in place, Night Owl will undertake spot checks on premises
and investigate if these processes are being adopted.
In
addition, `Test Purchases' can be undertaken to determine
if employees are following the expected practices (this
can include matters relating to appearance, customer service
etc). A detailed written report will be provided.
